We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very professional, helpful, and cooperative. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were spacious with separate rooms in a suite. The bed was comfy, and the buffet breakfast was great. The hotel offered a convenient regular shuttle bus service to the nearby Shinagawa train station, although it was only a short walk away. The location was perfect for access to Shinkansen trains at Shinagawa, making it easy to travel directly from the airport or other locations in Japan.

If you're staying in the Shinagawa area, this hotel is perfectly located. You can easily walk to the nearest convenience store for food, enjoy the scenic views on a pedestrian bridge, and it's just a short walk to the nearest main station. The rooms are clean and comfortable with modern decor, and the bathrooms are well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of delicious options. the hotel has an executive lounge and a beautiful garden for guests to enjoy.
The hotel could improve on their shuttle service, as there was confusion about the bus name.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for us, as it was away from the hustle and bustle of the city, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The staff, including the front desk and concierge, were all so friendly and accommodating. We absolutely loved staying at this place! The location was perfect for us, being less than a mile from the train station and in a bustling tourist area. The service here was exceptional, with friendly and accommodating staff who spoke fluent English and efficiently took care of all our needs. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a range of amenities including a nice television and bath robes. We particularly enjoyed the executive lounge, where we could relax and enjoy some drinks and food. The breakfast was also super tasty, and we appreciated the convenience of having a Family Mart on the property. The fitness center and swimming pool were an added bonus, and we made use of the spa services as well. our experience at this venue was top-notch and we would definitely return.
